Brody's Easter basket!

Mrs. Wilson made Brody his Easter basket. She also made the basket that Chad and I still use.. (Well we used them until we moved out of the house!)
How special is that!?
Oh, and Brody approved! His face lit up when he saw it this morning!

We went to the Bass Pro Shop to see the Easter bunny- apparently he was only there until 3! (We arrived at 3:05) So we had to improvise with the bear!

We had a wonderful Easter! We skipped out on church this morning (Brody already doesn't like the nursery and I figured there would be a million kids there today so we decided not to go) but baked cookies and played outside as a family instead. The in-laws came down for dinner at Shogun Hibachi- This might be Brody's new favorite restauarant... Not only was he entertained by the man cooking in front of him, he devoured the rice!!! All around a wonderful day!!

First swim of the season!

The weather has been in the 80's this week here in Macon. I decided to blow up Brody's baby pool and let him go for a dip. I thought he would love the pool this year since he is older and can really run around.... I was right!!! He loved splashing and playing in the little pool- just wait until I can get him in the big pool!!

15 months

Wow, Brody is 15 months old. Where does the time go? My baby is growing up fast! Here are a couple of pictures of him before bed.

My Birthday dinner

I had a wonderful, low key birthday! GIGI came to take us all to dinner. We went to a really neat restaurant on the lake. After dinner, we went out and fed the ducks- Brody LOVED it!!!
